Overview
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by customers, both over the phone and potentially through other channels.
- Ask clarifying questions to understand the nature of the problem and gather relevant information.
- Follow established procedures and protocols to address common issues.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams.
Customer Communication:
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers, providing updates on the status of their issues.
- Explain technical concepts in a way that is easy for non-technical users to understand.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Technical Skills:
- Possess a good understanding of hardware and software, including operating systems, networks, and common applications.
- Be able to install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and products supported by the company,
Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
