Job Description:
As an IT Support Engineer at Infinity Infotech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT systems. You will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining the overall health and performance of IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
2. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
3. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
4. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and resolve any issues related to LAN, WAN, and VPN.
5. Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain IT security measures.
6. Monitor system performance and conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal operation.
7. Document and maintain records of IT support activities, including troubleshooting steps and solutions provided.
8. Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects, such as system upgrades and migrations.
9. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry to provide proactive support and recommendations to clients.
10. Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT-related topics and best practices.

Pay: ₹15,565.93 - ₹30,000.00 per month
