IT Support Engineer

Overview

We are a FMCG company into processing and manufacturing of food products under the flagship brand Staplegreenz . We are also into other B to B business spread across south India.We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second-level IT support to end-users, resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network components.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
• Manage and maintain IT assets, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Ensure security and compliance by implementing updates, patches, and security policies.
• Assist in managing and maintaining cloud-based services and enterprise applications.
• Support Active Directory, Office 365, VPN, and other enterprise systems.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
• Support on Admin related work which also includes support on product shoot, mange packaging inventory , coordinate company events meetings and vendor communication etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with hardware/software installations.
• Knowledge of cloud-based services (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, etc.).
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
