Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day technical support to employees (hardware/software issues).
Set up and maintain IT equipment (workstations, laptops, etc.).
Assist with network support and remote access troubleshooting.
Ensure smooth operation of IT systems, including system backups and updates.
Maintain IT documentation and inventory.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
0-1 year of IT support or technical experience.
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and networking concepts.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
