Overview
- Network Management: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network systems including servers, switches, routers, and firewalls to ensure optimal performance and security.
- System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and other IT tools across the organization’s devices.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues through helpdesk tickets, in-person assistance, or remote troubleshooting.
- Security Management: Implement and monitor security measures to safeguard the organization’s data, networks, and systems from cyber threats. This includes setting up firewalls, antivirus, and encryption tools.
- Software Installation and Updates: Install and update software applications, perform system backups, and ensure software patches are applied in a timely manner.
- Hardware Support: Maintain, repair, and replace hardware devices such as computers, printers, and networking equipment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory, network configurations, and troubleshooting procedures. Document all IT processes and procedures for future reference.
- User Training: Provide basic training and user support for employees on IT-related topics, such as email setup, software usage, and data management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to assess technology needs and implement solutions that support the business’s goals.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network, software, and hardware issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- System Monitoring: Regularly monitor the health of systems and networks, conducting proactive maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,206.74 - ₹30,137.07 per month
