• Core Responsibilities:
• Provide first-line technical support to users in-person.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Install and configure standard software applications.
• Assist with password resets and account management.
• Document technical issues and solutions in a knowledge base.
• Monitor and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of basic computer hardware and operating systems (Windows, Mac)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot problems logically and systematically
• Basic networking knowledge is a plus.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
