Job Description:

We seek a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to join our Kadayanallur, Tenkasi, Tamilnadu team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong willingness to learn and a passion for technology. As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide technical assistance and support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and enhancing their experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
• Collaborate with team members to provide efficient technical support.
• Maintain accurate records of troubleshooting activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Freshers with a degree in Computer Science or a related field are encouraged to apply.
• Fluency in English is mandatory for effective customer communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
