About IT Answers:
Initially established in the UK, IT Answers has grown and expanded across the world with offices in Richmond Virginia, Orlando Florida in the US and Mumbai India. With growing sales teams in these new territories our client base has expanded into new markets and to support these new clients we have invested in local support and operations teams. Operating across three wide time zones has allowed us to offer 24 hour support to clients that need it.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure timely resolution of technical issues relating to support tickets logged by clients and internal staff
· Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS and VPN configurations. We mainly use Unifi, UISP and Alta Labs equipment but clients may have existing hardware from other brands.
· Manage the implementation of new users, both internal and external
· Perform basic server administration tasks such as file sharing, security management, and user access control.
· Support and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, including troubleshooting and administration.
· Work with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V.
· Implement and oversee backup and disaster recovery solutions.
· Continuous monitoring of our Skyline platform, Cyber products and Slipstream
