IT Support Engineer

Overview

Education

· Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Science or a related field.

Technical Knowledge

· Familiarity with operating systems, such as Windows and Linux.

· Understanding of hardware networking concepts and protocols.

· Configuration of printers, scanners Ethernet switches etc.,

· Computer Hardware training and certification is preferable

Problem-Solving Skills

· Good analytical abilities and attention to detail.

· Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues effectively.

Others

· Good verbal communication.

· Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

· Enthusiasm for staying updated with the latest tech trends and continuous learning.

· Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

Experience

· 2-3 years in computer hardware installation, configuration and troubleshooting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
