Overview
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate new software implementations and upgrades.
- Provide technical support to end-users.
- Organize training for end-users.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and security enhancements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, incidents, and solutions.
- Stay updated on new software trends.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in software development.
- Knowledge of software development methods and tools.
- Familiarity with IT support tools, remote desktop applications
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or AWS.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with various software technologies.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,341.74 - ₹30,000.00 per month
