What will you do :
Experience in working in IT helpdesk teams
End user IT Support for hardware and software management, Inventory management, User accounts management.
Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking - especially handling escalations and providing the right solution to End-user.
Networking management such as Routing,switching and Firewall.
Remote Support for Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives and security requirements.
Customize Operating systems to adhere to company standard Images
Record technical issues and solutions in tickets
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Follow up with end users to ensure their systems are functional
Report customer feedback and potential product requests
Help create technical documentation and manuals
Configure and maintain a company's Laptop’s,network’s and IT infrastructure including Access Card Issues,Asset Management and admin related tasks.
Track User creation, Deletion and updation
What we are looking for :
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as an IT Support Engineer.
Hands-on experience in Okta, Confluence, JIRA,Jumpcloud,Sophos,Sprinto,Jamf and Datapass setting up and user authentication.
Experienced in configuring, installing and troubleshooting Wireless, VPN and Network-Printers
Knowledge on automating routine system admin tasks using batch files.
Understanding of 2FA, MFA
User Management and Basic Knowledge on Cloud computing services(AWS,Azure).
Hands-on Microsoft Entra and Intune.
Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role - In depth knowledge on Windows 10,11, O365,Windows Server 2019,2022 and G-suite.
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments - Well versed with installation, configuration and troubleshooting of windows 10, and MAC OS (monterey/ventura/Sonoma)
Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
Experience with TCP/IP and basic networking issues
Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
Customer-oriented attitude
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification.(if available)
