IT Support Engineer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and manage IT infrastructure. If you have hands-on experience in IT support and are available for immediate joining, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide technical support to employees and clients.
• Maintain and configure servers, networks, and cloud platforms.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups.
• Manage IT assets and maintain proper documentation.
• Collaborate with teams to improve IT operations and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in IT Support or System Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, networking, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
• Basic understanding of security best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred!

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
