Overview
Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks and applications
? Respond to technical support calls from other staff members or clients and communicate how
to resolve issues
? Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems, software faults or hardware
complications
? Keep a record of issues, along with solutions, to refer back to in future instances
? Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
? Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
? Offering solutions that meet the needs of the client.
? Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
? Maintaining good client relations.
? Tracking and managing work records.
? Compiling job reports
