Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to join our team at our Delhi warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure within the warehouse, providing technical support to warehouse staff, and ensuring the efficient operation of all IT systems. This role requires excellent technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support:
• Provide technical support to warehouse staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to computers, scanners, printers, and other peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain warehouse IT equipment and software applications.
• System Maintenance:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, backups, and system monitoring.
• Ensure the proper functioning of warehouse management systems (WMS) and related technologies.
• Manage and support the warehouse's network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and wireless access points.
• User Assistance:
• Assist warehouse staff with IT-related issues, providing timely and effective support.
• Conduct training sessions for warehouse staff on the use of IT systems and tools.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets within the warehouse.
• Document IT procedures, configurations, and support activities.
• Generate regular reports on IT support activities and system performance.
• Security:
• Implement and monitor IT security measures within the warehouse.
• Conduct regular security checks to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Respond to and resolve security incidents or breaches.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and related technologies is a plus.
