Overview
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide live support to the users.
* Provide L2 support for network trouble shooting and server standard roles.
* Basic troubleshooting and configuration of firewall/network security
* To coordinate with with internal team and create call reports
* Technically skilled IT Support to develop and maintain our organization's software requirements
* Tech support, reviewing and updating existing programs, etc.
REQUIREMENT:
* Analytical and problem solving skills.
* Aptitude for learning new technology.
* Should meet the Deadline.
* Should be BCA or MCA or any IT diploma.
* Skilled in Object oriented concepts.
* Server-client communication.
* Basic knowledge of Database & Technical support
* Experience in IP Addressing and subnetting
* Preferred to have CCNA certification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
