Overview
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive IT/Research Analyst with at least 4 years of experience in IT support, system administration, and research-driven process improvement. This role involves technical support, IT system management, process automation, and researching best practices to optimize business operations.
Key tools include ERP, CRM, API integrations, and workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate). The role also requires documenting findings, preparing training materials, and assisting internal teams with troubleshooting and operational improvements. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hybrid or remote-first environment.
1. Key Responsibilities:1. Technical Support & Issue Resolution
- Provide 2nd-line IT support for internal teams, resolving escalated technical issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot operational and data-related issues.
- Analyze system performance and suggest improvements based on research findings.
2. System Administration, API Integrations & Process Automation
- Configure and manage ERP, CRM, and third-party IT systems.
- Learn Power Automate workflows and assist in process automation & data flow improvements.
- Research and explore API capabilities for system integrations and data automation.
- Assist with data imports/exports, report generation, and system maintenance.
3. Research, Documentation, Training & Stakeholder Support
- Conduct research on IT tools, process optimizations, and best practices to improve efficiency.
- Maintain clear technical documentation, research findings, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide user training on IT tools, security best practices, and automation solutions.
- Work closely with third-party vendors to resolve system issues and implement integration solutions.
- Conduct recorded training sessions and assist in IT knowledge management.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- 4+ years of experience in IT support, research analysis, system administration, or API integration.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to research and present data-driven solutions.
- Understanding of ERP, CRM, and IT system management.
- Experience in analyzing data, creating reports, and automating workflows (Power Automate preferred).
- Ability to research industry trends, analyze issues, clarify requirements, and propose solutions.
- Strong documentation and communication skills for presenting technical information.
Desirable Skills:
- Basic SQL knowledge for queries and data analysis.
- Experience with Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
- Understanding of IT security, compliance, and risk management policies.
- Comfortable working in hybrid or remote environments, with the ability to self-manage priorities.
