Overview
Job Brief
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy IT Support Analyst to join our team and assist with resolving technical issues, providing support to end-users, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support by diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues related to hardware, software, and network problems.
- Respond to support requests via phone, email, or in-person and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams (software developers, system admins, etc.) to escalate issues that require more advanced troubleshooting.
- Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot IT systems, including computers, servers, networks, and applications.
- Assist in setting up new hardware, software, and user accounts, ensuring all systems are working properly.
- Maintain and monitor system health, including backups, updates, and security patches.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and requests in the ticketing system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, security patches, and software upgrades.
- Assist users with training and guidance on how to use various software tools and systems.
- Prepare and distribute technical documentation, including system manuals and release notes for updates.
- Collaborate with IT team members to maintain network security, perform audits, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Skills Required
- Solid knowledge of IT systems, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and network configurations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for providing support and documentation.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools and helpdesk software (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong customer service focus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of IT security protocols and best practices.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience
- Freshers to 1 years of proven experience in IT support or a related technical role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
