Job Title: IT Support
Location: Remote

IT Team Lead
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Team Lead to establish and manage our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technical support to our remote employees while overseeing team operations to ensure seamless IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support:
- Provide remote technical support to resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Respond promptly to IT support requests and escalate issues when necessary.
- Perform hardware and software installations, configurations, and updates.
- System Management:
- Set up and manage VPN configurations and network security systems.
- Maintain and administer SharePoint Online, including troubleshooting and access control management.
- Implement and manage cybersecurity measures, ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Database Administration:
- Handle database administration, including writing SQL queries and ensuring database security.
- Analyze data and create reports to support business needs.
- Knowledge Base & Training:
- Create and maintain a database of "tips and tricks" for common IT issues to improve efficiency.
- Train team members on new systems, tools, and procedures.
- Team Leadership:
- Track and manage work reports, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Guide, mentor, and support team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment.
- Monitor performance and provide feedback to help the team meet organizational goals.
Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Expertise:
- Proven work experience in IT support (1–3 years minimum).
- Strong knowledge of installing and configuring Windows, Microsoft Office, and VPN setups.
- Experience in SharePoint Online management and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols and best practices.
- Database Skills:
- Experience in database administration and writing SQL queries.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage.
- Problem Solving:
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical terms into simple language for non-technical users.
- Flexibility:
- Willingness to work in a rotational shift and adapt to dynamic business needs.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cyber security management.
- Ability to manage and create SharePoint sites and workflows.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems for managing IT requests.
