Job Title: IT Support Executive

Location: CORE4 ENGINEERS PVT LTD

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Executive to maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, ensuring seamless operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot software & hardware issues.

Maintain network connectivity, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN setups.

Assist in system upgrades, backups, and security updates.

Respond to IT support tickets and resolve user issues in a timely manner.

Ensure data security and implement best IT practices.

Collaborate with different departments to support IT requirements.

Maintain IT inventory and documentation.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, or Mac OS.

Understanding of networking (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, VPN).

Experience with printers, routers, and security systems is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Freshers or candidates with up to 1-2 years of experience are preferred.
