Your responsibilities

Your profile

To actively manage IT Service Desk and office IT infrastructure to ensure availability and continuity.

• Up to 8+ years in IT Infrastructure services profession.
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Must have work experience with Windows 10, 11, Microsoft 0365, M365, MS Defender Antivirus, VPN. Knowledge on Zscaler would be beneficial.
• Basic knowledge and support on Hardware, Software, Network, Zscaler VPN, IT Security issues.
• Good understanding of Microsoft suite O365, MS Team, MS Access is a must.
• IT Infrastructure system administration.
• Problem solving skills.
• Working with global teams across multiple time zones.
• Local AD Management, Backup Management, MS Teams Support,
• Understanding Microsoft Azure.
• Ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
• Installing and configuring client computer systems.
• Responding to client IT support requests.
• Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
• Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
• Tracking and managing work records.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Experience of working with Ticketing Tool
• Must have experience for managing LAN, WAN, Wireless, Troubleshooting Network Issues

• To actively manage IT Service Desk and office IT infrastructure to ensure availability and continuity.

• Should be willing to be part of occasional preventive maintenance activities carried on Weekends (mostly Saturday) or on Office Holidays.
• Perform IT infrastructure monitoring.
• Identify and resolve level 1 issues.
• Knowhow on tools: - Windows 10 & 11, Microsoft 0365, M365, MS Defender Antivirus, VPN & Zscaler
• Work Location - Thane (Mumbai)
