Job Overview: The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to all Xpress Health employees and contractors. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide timely and efficient troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues for all employees and contractors.
- System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain IT systems, servers, and networks to ensure their optimal performance. Perform regular system updates, backups, and patches.
- Help Desk Management: Respond to help desk tickets, phone calls, and emails, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Employee Training: Educate staff on basic IT practices, software applications, and security protocols.
- Security: Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and password protocols, to protect sensitive health data.
- Software Support: Install, configure, and maintain essential software applications used by Xpress Health staff.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, network connectivity, and hardware malfunctions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and inventory of IT assets.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors for software updates, licensing, and other IT-related needs.
Qualifications:
- Education: A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a related role, preferably within a healthcare or staffing agency environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with cloud services (e.g., Office 365, Google Workspace)
- Proficiency with network troubleshooting and management
- Familiarity with IT security best practices, especially in a healthcare setting

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
