Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support professional with a CCNA certification to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to build their careers in IT support. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize, diagnose, and resolve computer problems and user requests promptly.
• Assist staff with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware, including desktops, laptops, peripherals, network devices, and server equipment.
• Provide support for software packages, including operating systems, desktop software, and custom applications.
• Troubleshoot issues with phones, audio/visual equipment, and Microsoft Teams clients.
• Offer support for networking and application-related issues, escalating complex problems to the top-level support team when necessary.
• Record, track, and maintain IT asset inventory using the asset management system.
• Manage the collection and tracking of equipment from departing employees.
• Provide training to users on desktop products and applications.
• Coordinate with external service and support technicians when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in IT support; fresh graduates from 2023 and 2024 are encouraged to apply.
• CCNA certification is mandatory.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
