IT Specialist + Graphic Expertise

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Specialist with a flair for graphic design to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will provide technical support, manage IT infrastructure, and implement solutions while also leveraging your creativity and graphic design skills to enhance our visual presence. The ideal candidate will have strong technical proficiency in IT systems alongside a solid understanding of design principles, making them a key player in both the tech and creative aspects of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Specialist Duties:

• Manage and maintain hardware, software, and network infrastructure, ensuring all systems run efficiently.
• Provide end-user support for technical issues, including troubleshooting, hardware repairs, and software installations.
• Monitor network security and perform regular system backups.
• Install, configure, and upgrade systems and software as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems quickly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the team to plan, deploy, and maintain IT projects, ensuring seamless integration with the organization’s needs.

Graphic Design Duties:

• Create visually compelling designs for both digital and print materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, banners, flyers, website assets, and presentations.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for internal software, websites, and applications.
• Assist in the branding, visual content creation, and overall aesthetic design of company communications.
• Stay current with industry trends and adapt designs to fit evolving visual styles or technology needs.
• Work with various departments to create customized graphic materials that align with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
• 1+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network management.
• 1+ year of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design work.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in IT tools and systems (e.g., Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking, Cloud Services).
• Strong experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both technical and creative.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with website design and content management systems.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
