We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Duties

• Provide desktop support to end-users on hardware and software-related issues
• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure components
• Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, and other network security measures
• Utilize IT support tools such as Remedy for ticketing and issue resolution
• Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical problems efficiently
• Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively with users
• Assist in computer networking tasks as needed

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication skills to interact with users at all levels
• Experience in desktop support and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure components and systems
• Familiarity with firewall configurations and VPN setups
• Ability to use IT support tools like Remedy for issue tracking
• Understanding of computer networking principles
• Strong customer service orientation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
