IT Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an IT support or specialist role.
• Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and IT security.
• Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting and support.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
