SAP Concur Technical Consultant
Open to candidates PAN India (Offices in Indore, Hyderabad & Bengaluru).
About the role/project:
We are looking for a Concur Consultant who will be part of our Global Concur Consulting team. This role requires Concur Techno functional experience and expertise on Concur configurations, implementations, support with maintenance of SAP Concur Application. The candidate should have experience in configuring, analyzing, designing and maintaining SAP Concur application.

About the role/project:
We are looking for a Concur Consultant who will be part of our Global Concur Consulting team. This role requires Concur Techno functional experience and expertise on Concur configurations, implementations, support with maintenance of SAP Concur Application. The candidate should have experience in configuring, analyzing, designing and maintaining SAP Concur application.
What do we expect:
Concur Implementation:
- 6+ years working and implementation knowledge with Concur with minimum 3-5 end to end implementations.
- Advance knowledge on Concur implementation and configuration experience. Participating in activities ranging from technical requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, technical process documentation, system configuration (technical system, custom)
- Expert Level knowledge on Concur configurations and Implementation.
- Proactively scan for and resolve any system-related technical issues that could impact end-user experience, data integrity, or overall end-to-end system functionality.
- Should possess knowledge on Expense and Travel admin roles. Owning Profession certification on Expense Configuration is an added advantage.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to prioritize workload and agree business SLA.
- Very good understanding of Concur products and services.
- Basic knowledge on Expense processing in SAP S4 HANA preferred.
- Customer advisory and consulting experience. Excellent analytical as well as problem solving capabilities. Liaise with customers to establish their requirements.
- Should be able to work with global team across various time zones.
- Create a culture of integrity and compliance.
- Provide high level technical support to project and operations teams as acting as a consultant. Responsible for communicating standards, modeling concepts and for educating project and operations teams on their scope and intent. Ensure project teams comply with current standards, policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Document work using the required standards, methods and tools, e.g. SOP’s and system documentation.
- Manage user profiles in Concur and Company Card transactions support and assignments. Support User queries through email and Monitor tickets in ticketing tool and process tickets/issues. Project coordination with other entities under Global Instance and other instances if required.
- Work closely with the entities for issues related to financial postings from Concur to SAP. Address security and audit risks while meeting business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Experience on Cognos reporting (Report Studio, Query Studio) for Expense Configuration & Travel required. Experience in Customizing reports in Cognos.
- Configure and implement new entities in Concur Global instance.
- Consult and support basic configuration when requested.
- Support SAP Concur related queries from other entities.
- Aligning with Global team for changes in the system.
- Will be part of internal CoE and guide the onboarding entities.
- Handling Incidents and user queries through ticketing and emails.
- Learn very fast, have a high impact and start-up approach.
- 6-8 years of experience in Concur implementations and clear understanding of the application.
- Mandatory 5+ years of working and implementation knowledge with Concur.
- Strong customer facing skill and experience.
- Hands-on knowledge and experience in ticketing tools
- Experience in report creation/customization of reports in Cognos reporting tool.
- Must be an efficient team player and ability to work independently as well.
- Strong communication, fluent English and interpersonal skills are must. Ready to learn extremely fast in a very agile, high pace environment.
- Basic knowledge on Expense processing in SAP S4 HANA is preferred.
- Ability to critical thinking and proven analytical skills. Ability to think “out of the box” is essential.
- Strong presentation skills required, including communication prepared for or held towards senior management.
- Excellent analytical as well as problem solving capabilities. Liaise with customers to establish their requirements.
