Have you successfully planned, organized, and controlled all test activities? Do you have the know-how for achieving the defined test goals and implementing the testing strategies? Do you want to be our test expert, making sure our application and technical environments meet the requirements?

We’re looking for an IT Quality & Test engineer (ITO) with:

• ability to manage small size teams
• skills to review and analyze requirement documents ensuring business and technical requirements are fully understood
• ability to work independently and write Test Plans, Test Cases, Test scripts and Test Artifacts according to the planning requirements
• knowledge of software development methodologies and processes
• knowledge of working in Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban)
• ability to manage stakeholders by sharing timely testing progress, impediments and risks
• ability to automate new test cases/modify existing test cases
• ability to perform maintenance and execution of regression test suites
• knowledge on test case management tool and bug reporting tools - ALM Octane / GitLab/ JIRA
• working knowledge on Java/python/bash to create test scripts/utilities
• good communication skills
• experience of documenting and reporting defects and tracking defect resolution
• knowledge of any scripting language
  
  

Your team
You’ll be working in the TS Quality Engineering team based in any of our BSC/ ODC office. We analyze, develop, and deliver global solutions to maintain or change our IT systems with our business counterparts. As an IT Quality & Test Engineer you'll play an important role in ensuring the development methodology is followed and lead technical design discussions with the architects. Your expertise
Candidate should be:

• able to manage a team of 2-3 members
• able to analyze simple to complex requirements, design meaningful functional and end to end test cases, and aid in test execution phase
• able to convert functional tests to automated regression test cases and be the forerunner in increasing the automation coverage
• able to monitor, track and report testing progress simultaneously keeping project stakeholders informed of test progress, risks, and issues
• having experience in using TOSCA
• having working knowledge in API Automation using any framework
• having knowledge of any Automation tools (Selenium)
• having knowledge on one or more programming languages (Java) or scripting languages (Selenium)
• having knowledge on databases (SQL/Oracle) and ability to write simple database queries
• having strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to brief, document, and explain technical details to technical staff as well as business users
• having strong stakeholder management skills
• comfortable with working independently when tasks are assigned
• self-motivated, organized, proactive, results driven and a committed team player
• smart and good in communication
• good with logical analysis
