Job Title: IT Project Manager – Cloud Migration

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and drive application migration projects from On-Premises to Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, cloud migration strategies, and technical oversight

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end application migration projects from On-Premises to Cloud, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
• Develop and execute migration strategies, including risk assessments, planning, and implementation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including cloud architects, infrastructure engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure smooth migration.
• Define and monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with cloud migration.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and governance requirements throughout the migration process.
• Drive agile and waterfall project methodologies to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate change management processes and ensure minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
• Manage post-migration support, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization of cloud infrastructure.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of overall project management experience in IT.
• 3-4 years of experience in application migration projects from On-Prem to Cloud.
• 15+ years of overall IT experience with a strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud technologies.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale cloud migration projects (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
• Strong technical acumen in cloud computing, networking, storage, and security principles.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and globally distributed environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Migration Tools and Automation.
• Prior experience working in banking, financial services, or regulated industries.
