IT Project Manager – AML (Anti-Money Laundering)

Job Description:

• Project Management:
  • Lead AML technology projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee end-to-end SDLC, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Compliance, Risk, and Business) and external vendors.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
• AML Solution Implementation & Support:
  • Oversee the deployment, integration, and maintenance of AML systems.
  • Ensure AML solutions meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Work with compliance teams to fine-tune transaction monitoring, customer screening, and reporting systems.
  • Lead data mapping, transformation, and ETL processes for AML-related data.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Work with development teams on APIs, automation, and enhancements to AML platforms.
  • Ensure AML systems integrate seamlessly with core banking and payment systems.
  • Oversee system testing, UAT, and deployment strategies.

Skills Required:

• Project Management experience in IT field.
• Proven experience in SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, or project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL Server), ETL processes, APIs, and cloud technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications (if Any):

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.

Educational Qualification:

IT Graduates (B.E. (IT), B.Sc.(IT), B. Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech).
