IT Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a minimum of two years of experience to lead and coordinate technology projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, aligning with business objectives and contributing to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to plans and addressing any deviations promptly.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and clients. Facilitate clear communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resource Management: Identify and allocate resources effectively, ensuring that project teams have the necessary tools and personnel to achieve project goals.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures, ensuring projects are delivered within the approved budget. Provide regular financial reports to management.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet the required standards and fulfill project objectives.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and post-project evaluations. Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT project management or a related role.
• Project Management Knowledge: Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Technical Proficiency: Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent certifications are advantageous.

• Advanced Education: Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
