About Pallet : Pallet is a leading omni channel solutions provider headquartered in India. Weem power retailers to seamlessly integrate their physical and online stores, creating a unified and frictionless customer experience. We offer a comprehensive suite of solutions, including inventory management, order fulfilment, marketing automation, and customer relationship management (CRM). Job Summary: Weare seeking an experienced IT Project Manager preferably female with 5-7 years of experience to oversee and manage the successful delivery of IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects according to deadlines and within budget, while managing stakeholders and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines, collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate and manage project resources, including internal teams and third-party contractors or consultants.
  
  

Conduct risk management analysis to identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.

• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure all project documentation is maintained and communicated effectively.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Implement project management best practices, tools, and methodologies to ensure consistent project success.
• Leadcross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and ensuring accountability.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement
  
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.
• Female candidates preferred.
• 5-7years of experience in IT project management, with a track record of managing multiple complex projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, software development, and system integration projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and build strong relationships.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and IT service management is a plus
