IT Project Manager

Overview

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies to lead and manage projects in the NBFC/BFSI domain. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in project management and a strong understanding of the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks and impediments to maintain project flow.
• Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT project management within NBFC/BFSI sectors.
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong knowledge of Agile tools like JIRA or Trello.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹77,501.56 - ₹105,078.73 per month
