Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven IT Project Head to spearhead the design and development of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate must be proactive, capable of working independently, and skilled at managing cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of the ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
o Define the overall ERP system architecture and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
o Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
o Lead the design and development of the ERP system, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and security.
o Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
o Oversee the IT development team, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies.
o Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for ERP development.
o Act as the bridge between technical teams and business leadership.
o Communicate project updates, challenges, and risks to senior management.
o Oversee the rollout, testing, and implementation of the ERP system across the company.
o Develop training materials and conduct workshops for employees to ensure smooth adoption.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years managing ERP development projects.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, database management, and software development frameworks.
- Proficiency in full-stack development technologies (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, PHP, or Node.js) and database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Experience in API integrations, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
Project Management Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Trello, or other project management tools.
- Ability to manage budgets, risks, and project timelines effectively.
Leadership & Soft Skills:
- Self-initiated, highly responsible, and result-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team with minimal supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
