IT Project Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and strategic IT Project Manager who can lead multiple projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the timely and successful delivery of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA engineers, and business analysts.
• Identify project risks and roadblocks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure Agile/Scrum methodologies are followed to maintain flexibility and efficiency.
• Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate clear communication between technical teams, clients, and senior management.
• Optimize resources and budgets to maximize project efficiency.
• Ensure quality assurance standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements & Skills :

• Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
  Computer Science / Information Technology (B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc in IT)
  Software Engineering
  Project Management (PMP Certification is a plus)
  Business Administration with IT focus (MBA in IT Management)
• Experience: 4+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in custom software, mobile app development, CRM, ERP, or cloud solutions.
• Project Management Skills: Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Technical Understanding: Ability to grasp software development processes, cloud solutions, and IT infrastructure.
• Communication & Leadership: Strong ability to lead teams, engage with clients, and drive projects to success.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive approach to handling challenges and mitigating risks.
