Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to manage the organisation of key client projects. As an IT Project Manager at Geek Web Solution, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, and closure of various IT projects, ensuring that deliverables meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple IT projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and testers to ensure project milestones are met.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage risk, and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure project success.
• Regularly communicate project progress to stakeholders and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain quality assurance and address any roadblocks or bottlenecks.
• Manage resource allocation and ensure optimal productivity of the team.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance and implement lessons learned for future projects.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in web development or software development projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies like Agile and Scrum.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and expectations effectively.
• Experience working with a variety of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. PMP certification is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on team collaboration.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
