Job Summary: The IT Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of Scrum practices and principles in our Agile teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to coach teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and principles.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Assist the product owner with backlog grooming and prioritization.
• Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team’s progress.
• Ensure the team is fully functional and productive.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Promote and facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.
• Track and communicate team progress and metrics to stakeholders.
• Support the team in achieving high levels of performance and quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
• Proven experience as a IT Project Manager in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean).
• Experience in a scaled Agile environment (e.g., SAFe).
• Advanced certifications (e.g., Advanced Certified IT Project Manager, Certified Scrum Professional).
