Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with a strong background in managing IT projects and software development processes. The position is full-time and based in various locations including Cochin, Ernakulam, Alappuzha, Thrissur, Kottayam, and Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will have a maximum of 10 years of work experience and will be responsible for leading and managing complex IT projects within our organization.

• Proven experience in IT project management is essential and critical for success in this role. (Mandatory skill)
• Strong expertise in software project management and ability to handle diverse software projects efficiently. (Mandatory skill)
• Solid understanding of software development concepts and practices. (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency with the .NET Framework and .NET technologies to contribute to project planning and execution.
• Demonstrated experience as a team lead, with the capability to guide and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination with stakeholders and team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and ensure timely delivery.

• Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedule resources, and ensure timely execution of project activities.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management and clients.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations.
