Job Title: IT Project Manager
Experience: 5-7 years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with 5-7 years of experience in managing IT projects, with strong expertise in JIRA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time while ensuring collaboration between cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Utilize JIRA for project tracking, sprint planning, and workflow management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and business units to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Implement Agile methodologies and best practices for project execution.
• Facilitate team meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Ensure effective resource allocation and manage project budgets.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track project performance.
• Communicate project status, updates, and roadblocks to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in IT project management.
• Strong expertise in JIRA for project tracking and Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing software development or IT infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, etc.).
• PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹834,226.19 - ₹1,293,816.76 per year
