IT Project Manager

Overview

Location: Borivali & Thane Mumbai

What You’ll Do:

✅ Lead and manage ERP & eCommerce integration projects from planning to execution.

✅ Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

✅ Oversee system integrations, API implementations, and data workflows.

✅ Coordinate between business teams, developers, and QA for smooth execution.

✅ Identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure successful project delivery.

✅ Ensure Agile/Scrum methodologies are followed for efficient project execution.

✅ Monitor system performance post-integration and drive continuous improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong experience in ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Odoo, etc.).

-Expertise in eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, etc.).

- Proven track record in API-based integrations & system automation.

- Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA, Confluence.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
