Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Project Manager (who has prior experience as a web developer) to lead and manage the development of web-based projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in development and proven expertise in managing full project lifecycles. This role requires someone with technical proficiency, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Ensure alignment with client expectations and project requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as developers, designers, content managers, and QA specialists to ensure smooth execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing consistent project updates.
• Lead client meetings, including project kick-offs, status reports, and post-launch reviews.
• Assign and delegate tasks effectively to team members, ensuring clarity of project requirements.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Adjust project timelines, priorities, and resources as necessary to address any issues or delays.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, particularly in development tasks.
• Oversee the QA process to ensure all projects undergo thorough testing before release.
• Address and resolve bugs, issues, or enhancements raised during development and post-launch.
• Ensure the project meets performance, usability, and security standards.
• Oversee post-launch activities, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates.
• Provide clients with necessary documentation on using and managing the delivered solution.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager with at least 4 years in managing web development projects.
• Development background in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify etcetera)
• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to post-launch support.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹720,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
