About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Delivery Manager with 4-7 years of experience to oversee project delivery and ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and quality delivery of services or products, and maintaining a strong focus on customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Define project goals, create schedules, and manage risks proactively.
• Ensure alignment with client requirements and organizational objectives.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
• Allocate resources effectively and manage team workloads.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and high performance within the team.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Regularly communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
• Delivery Excellence:
• Ensure quality control and adherence to delivery standards.
• Monitor project performance using KPIs and metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks to maintain smooth operations.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve conflicts and align priorities.
• Manage expectations by setting clear deliverables and timelines.
• Process Optimization:
• Evaluate and refine delivery processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive the adoption of best practices and tools for project management and delivery.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 4-7 years of experience in project or delivery management, preferably in IT, software development, or consulting.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Project Management Expertise: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of software development processes and tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder and team interactions.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.
• Tools: Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar).

Preferred Skills:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification.
• Experience in cloud services, DevOps, or SaaS delivery environments.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,500,000.00 - ?1,800,000.00 per year
