You will lead a team of IT professionals to drive technological advancements, enhance security protocols, and deliver a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Role:

Manage and lead the IT department, providing mentorship and technical guidance to the IT staff.

Develop and implement comprehensive IT policies and best practice guidelines.

Oversee and manage the existing technology infrastructure while planning for future upgrades or changes.

Ensure data, Website, APPs, network, and system security align with current best practices and industry standards.

Collaborate closely with other departments to identify, recommend, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions.

Supervise the management of all hardware, software, databases, telecommunication systems, and related resources.

Promptly respond to technology-related issues and challenges, providing effective problem resolution.

Develop contingency plans for systems and lead recovery efforts in system failures.

Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and software to provide more effective and efficient solutions.

Maximized IT productivity and efficiency per industry standards.

Consistent project success by ensuring the team meets deadlines and within budget constraints.

Secure data environment with robust security procedures to safeguard the company's digital information.

Tangible cost savings through effective IT strategies and streamlined processes.

Qualification:

B.,Tech, MCA, M.Tech or other Equivalent Qualifications

3+ years experience in Programming, SQL SERVER, Database Architecture, Web Api, App, Web Development and Testing.

3+ years experience in Project Management or Project Manager role

3-5 years of experience in an IT leadership position.

Strong knowledge of IT operations, systems, and organizational management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
