IT Project Manager

Overview

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
• Manage project changes and ensure effective communication of updates.
• Team Leadership and Coordination:
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clear understanding of expectations.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve conflicts and address team performance issues.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
• Client Coordination and Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, updates, and potential issues effectively.
• Gather client requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction with project deliverables.
• Product Delivery:
• Ensure the timely and quality delivery of project deliverables.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks.
• Manage the deployment and implementation of project solutions.
• Ensure smooth transition of projects to operational teams.
• Documentation:
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical specifications.
• Document project risks, issues, and resolutions.
• Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent coding knowledge: A strong background in programming and software development, allowing for understanding of technical issues, and for technical leadership.
• Proven experience in IT project management.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent client coordination and communication skills.
• Proven track record of successful product delivery.
• Strong documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise project documentation.
• Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
