Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of software development projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex IT projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery. You will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet project goals while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and key milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance professionals.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make adjustments as necessary.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all project teams.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards and processes.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Proficient in project management software tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and technical requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or other relevant project management certification.
• Familiarity with AI and software development technologies.
• Experience in managing remote or distributed teams.
• Knowledge of budget management and resource planning tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project management or related fields.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
