IT Project Manager

Overview

experience in development (.Net / Java / Python etc) prior to progression into PM. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS / RESPONSIBILITIES o Experience in managing multiple delivery streams, including SIT, UAT, performance, automation etc. o Hands on experience with different coding languages (Core Java, JSP/Servlet, JDBC, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, Design Patterns etc.) o Ability to translate business requirements into technical project plans. o Lead planning and implementation of projects. o Ensuring profitability of the project by accounting, costing and billing of projects. o Resource Allocation and Management. o Manage Risk and Issues logs with mitigation plan. o Manage/develop the strategic planning for a variety of key projects. o Manage key projects across a variety of functional groups o Convert key project strategies into actionable, individual tasks, activities and assignments o Oversee project progress to ensure timelines and due dates are met. o Develop and maintain project metrics and dashboards. o Manage and trace requirements and scope creep. o Interact and coordinate with resources/stakeholders as related to active assigned projects o Interact with suppliers/vendors/third parties as related to active assigned projects. o Organize/coordinate weekly progress review meetings with project team members. o Manage high priority tasks, enhancements and/or bugs related to assigned projects. o Build and maintain working relationships with team members, client and other departments involved in the projects. Desired Candidate Profile o Possess Coding experience along with Project Management. o Experience in handling multiple projects and should be proficient with different technologies and concepts. o Excellent communication and people skills. o Should be able to drive discussions with clients and team members. o Should have experience of working with experienced team members and be able to well utilize the workforce to achieve project requirements. o Experience in Agile/SCRUM development methodologies and software development lifecycle o Proficient in test methodologies & WEB TechnologiesSkills

Pay: Up to ?1,500,000.00 per year
