Job Description: IT Project Manager (5-10 Years Experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in managing technology-driven initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Initiation:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify resource requirements and manage resource allocation.
• Execution and Delivery:
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects, including software development, infrastructure upgrades, or system integrations.
• Monitor project progress, ensure adherence to timelines, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
• Risk and Issue Management:
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks to project success.
• Address and resolve project issues promptly to minimize impact.
• Team Collaboration and Leadership:
• Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and other IT professionals.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Provide regular updates and clear communication to team members and stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and deliverables effectively.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
• Budget and Resource Management:
• Monitor project budgets and control expenditures to stay within financial constraints.
• Optimize the use of resources to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Process Improvement:
• Analyze project processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Implement best practices and methodologies for future projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are preferred.
• Experience:
• 5-10 years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects of varying size and complexity.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development, and system integration projects.
• Expertise in using project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, or Trello.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,261,338.26 - ?1,819,467.23 per year
