IT Project Coordinator & Business Analyst1
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and manage IT projects from initiation to completion,
- ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality
- standards.
- Collaborate with multiple global stakeholders to gather and document
- business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to
- identify gaps and areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Facilitate meetings and communication between project teams,
- stakeholders, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with CyberSecurity best practices and standards
- throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the development and implementation of CyberSecurity policies
- and procedures across various Lines of Businesses.
- Provide support in risk assessment and mitigation strategies related
- to CyberSecurity.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in IT project coordination and business analysis.
- Proven experience in CyberSecurity, including knowledge of security
- frameworks and protocols.
- Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP, CISSP) are a plus.
