Job Profile:IT PM/ Scrum Master

Location: Pune, India( Work mode:Hybrid)
Experience: 12–15 years in IT, 7+ years as Scrum Master
Domain: Banking
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Reviews, etc.).
Act as a servant leader for Agile teams, driving the adoption of Agile best practices.
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables.
Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments to ensure smooth team functioning.
Coordinate and oversee multiple Agile teams, ensuring consistency in Agile practices.
Mentor teams in Agile principles and SAFe methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.
Provide guidance in scaling Agile practices across multiple teams and programs.
Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining compliance with banking domain standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
12–15 years of overall IT experience with 7+ years as a Scrum Master.
Expertise in Agile frameworks, particularly SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
Strong experience in the banking domain is mandatory.
Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
Exceptional facilitation, conflict resolution, and team-building skills.
Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing team challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAFe certifications (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master).
Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance processes.
Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?2,200,000.00 per month
