Job Summary:

HILRS Business Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive IT Networking and System Administrator to maintain and optimize our IT infrastructure. The role involves managing network systems, ensuring cybersecurity, and supporting IT operations to enhance efficiency and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Administration:

• Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Implement security measures, including VPNs, access controls, and firewalls.
• Manage network updates, backups, and documentation.

System Administration:

• Manage Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and cloud environments.
• Ensure system security through updates, patches, and backups.
• Administer virtualization tools like VMware or Hyper-V.
• Support IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and cloud services.

IT Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide technical support for employees’ IT issues.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance monitoring.
• Document system configurations and troubleshooting steps.

Cybersecurity & Compliance:

• Implement security best practices to protect data and systems.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and system hardening.
• Ensure IT policies align with industry standards and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT networking and system administration.
• Experience with Windows/Linux servers and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
