IT Network Engineer

Overview

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Network Engineer to manage, maintain, and support the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of network systems, hardware, and software, and will excel in troubleshooting technical issues to ensure seamless operation across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain network equipment (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls).

Provide technical support for network infrastructure and resolve hardware/software issues.

Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.

Troubleshoot network issues and provide solutions to restore normal operations.

Configure and manage VPNs, LANs, and WANs.

Assist in implementing and maintaining security protocols and policies.

Perform regular maintenance, updates, and patches on systems and equipment.

Collaborate with other IT teams to support organizational goals.

Create and maintain network documentation, including diagrams and configurations.

Provide end-user support and training as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
